How do I book?

by using the online booking service.

What notice do I need to give you for a booking?

We prefer bookings to be made at least one day in advance, but to ensure you receive the castle you want it is advisiable to book early!

How long do I get the castle for?

You can order the castle for a few hours or you can keep it all day, the price remains the same at a daily rate.

How long does a castle take to set up and inflate?

An average unit takes approximately 5 minutes to set up and 1 minute to inflate.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

No deposit is required, just pay the full amount by cash or cheque on
delivery.

Is Delivery Free?

The price includes delivery within the free zone as shown on the delivery areas page (Please have a look at the map to check delivery charges in other zones )

What is included in the price?

Included in the price is delivery (charge may apply depending on location), erection and collection all mats stakes, ground sheets, leads and fans required.

What happens if it rains?

• All our units are designed to be safe in the rain and come complete with RCD circuit breakers, waterproof plugs and raincovers (depending on unit please ask for details).
• You also have the option to cancel on the day with nothing to pay (please note, cancellation must be made before delivery).

How does the castle operate?

All units run on an electric blower - extension leads are supplied at no extra cost.

Do I need to keep the castle plugged in?

Yes, while the castle is in use it needs to be switched on (to keep it inflated).

How much does the castle cost for me to run?

An average unit costs approximately between 50p and £1 for a days use.

What safety measures have your castles got?

• All our bouncy castles have been double stitched for your safety.
• Most units have a safety step fitted.
• All units conform to British Safety Standards and meet the flame-retardant requirements of BS5438/BS5308.
• All units come complete with RCD circuit breakers and waterproof plugs.
• All our units are operated in accordance with HSE Information Sheet No.7.

• All our units have a safety certificate.

• All our units are fully insured.
