Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions of  hire of CHILDS PLAY, please read through them carefully and sign at the bottom to signal that you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. CHILDS PLAY accept NO responsibility for damage or injury while our equipment is on hire to you.

1). Please ensure the delivery driver has free and easy access to erect the inflatable on to a clean flat lawn (excluding indoor events), please be advised if there is insufficient space or the lawn is unsuitable(eg sloping or is unclean) we will be unable to erect the inflatable and full payment must still be made.
2). This inflatable has a strict age limit of …… years old. Under no circumstances should people over this age enter the inflatable as this may cause damage to the inflatable, any damage must be paid for by the hirer named in our agreement.
3). The lead hirer named in our agreement is responsible for any injury or damage occuring while the equipment is on hire to them.
4). You must ensure that there is adequate adult supervision at all times when the inflatable is in use, the inflatable must never be left unattended.
5). Equipment returned in a dirty condition will be subject to a cleaning charge of £20.00, no children who have been face painted can use the inflatable due to the make-up staining the units.
6). The lead hirer is responsible for the safe keeping of the inflatable and any other equipment hired with it, and will be charged for anything missing.
7). All units must be checked by the lead hirer on delivery and by signing below you indicate acceptance that the inflatable is in a good, clean and safe condition.
8). Only our delivery driver is authorised to collect the inflatable and under no circumstances is the equipment to be handed to anyone else.
9). This inflatable has a limit of …… users at any time please stick to this limit.
